I acknowledge that I am purchasing peptides for laboratory manufacturing or in vitro research purposes only. I understand that these products are not approved by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
I understand and agree that the peptides I am purchasing are not being prescribed or monitored by any care plan through ElitePeps.com, and I accept full personal responsibility for their use.
I agree not to hold ElitePeps.com, its providers, or affiliates liable for any outcomes, side effects, or damages resulting from the use of these products.
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue EElitePeps.com, its officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates (hereinafter “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, or legal actions resulting in injury, damage, or loss, including death, that may occur from the use or misuse of any purchased products, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I understand the risks and hazards associated with improper use of these products and certify that I am not purchasing peptides for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
This agreement is intended to bind my family members, spouse (if applicable), heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, and shall be enforceable whether I am living or deceased.
I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, mentally competent, and am entering into this agreement voluntarily and with full understanding of its contents.
All of my questions regarding the peptides have been answered to my satisfaction. I fully understand the nature of the products I am purchasing.
This waiver and release shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Manatee County, Florida.
